Growing up in Pompano Beach, FL Terreyl first started playing football but once he went to high school and got into dance and drama it was a wrap for sports. After attending Florida Memorial University Terreyl fell in love with modeling. After testing the waters in the modeling industry he then fell in love photography and music. He is a jack of all trades.

After watching J Cole creating the beat for “Power Trip” John G and his brother/producer Entity decided to start their journey into hip hop and ever since they never looked back. From creating their own record label “Hitlist Records” to joining forces with Marcolen Hayes and the whole TGT Ent movement John G is on the rise along side his producer to become a force to come straight out Dade County.
